Unless otherwise stated, original typefaces published by _davstudios and their font files are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
2. Licence grant
Purchasing or downloading a typeface does not transfer intellectual property ownership of the typeface itself.
The user receives a licence to use the font within the limits stated in the conditions associated with the relevant product.
3. Permitted use
Permitted uses depend on the licence purchased or granted.
Licence categories may include desktop, web, application, social media or other uses expressly identified for the relevant typeface.
4. Prohibited use
- Redistributing or reselling the font files as a standalone product without authorisation.
- Sharing font files with parties not covered by the licence.
- Making source font files publicly available.
- Claiming intellectual property ownership of the typeface.
- Using the font beyond the limits of the purchased licence.
5. Clients and collaborators
Where a client, collaborator, developer or other party needs to install or directly use the font, a separate licence may be required according to the terms of the relevant product.
6. Web licences
Use of font files through web technologies must comply with the applicable web licence.
Font files must not intentionally be made available as independent downloads unless the relevant licence permits it.
7. Modification
Modifying, converting or creating derivative versions of font files may require express permission unless the specific licence states otherwise.
8. Updates
_davstudios may release updates or new versions of its typefaces.
Access to updates depends on the commercial conditions attached to the relevant product.
9. Breach
Use outside the scope of the licence may result in termination of the licence and the exercise of rights available under applicable law.
10. Product-specific licence
If this general page conflicts with a licence supplied with a particular typeface, the specific licence associated with that product takes precedence.
