davstudios.it presents portfolio work, services, creative activities, information and contact options relating to _davstudios.
Published information is descriptive and may be updated, corrected or reorganised over time.
3. Project enquiries
Submitting the “Start a Project” form, sending an email or sending a message does not automatically create an engagement, conclude a contract or create an obligation to provide services.
Each project is assessed individually. Scope, price, timing, revisions, usage rights, payments, deliverables and other conditions are defined in the quotation, proposal or agreement applicable to that engagement.
4. Prices and payments
Any prices, packages or budget ranges shown on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise and do not replace a project-specific quotation.
The website does not automatically conclude a paid contract through the project enquiry form. Applicable conditions are communicated before any payment or binding commitment.
When online payments or digital-product sales are enabled, the relevant terms, pre-contractual information and payment conditions will be made available before the user becomes bound by the purchase.
5. Consumers
Where a client acts as a consumer, all mandatory consumer protections remain applicable, including the required pre-contractual information and, where applicable, statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts.

Client work displayed in the portfolio does not grant website visitors any rights in trademarks, content or materials owned by the relevant clients or rights holders.

- Republishing, reselling or presenting original website content as one’s own without permission is not permitted.

The website may link to external services, social networks, WhatsApp Business or support platforms. When users open an external service, the relevant provider’s terms and policies apply.
